By using Artizen, you agree to the following terms regarding creation, commerce, and community:

A. Ownership & Content Restrictions

User Ownership: You own the designs generated by your prompts. Artizen is your creative tool; the vision and resulting intellectual property are yours.
Zero-Tolerance Policy: To maintain a safe and positive environment, users are strictly prohibited from uploading or generating content involving:
- Violence & Terrorism: Depicting, promoting, or inciting physical harm or hate speech.
- Pornography: Any sexually explicit or obscene material.
- Infringement: Unlicensed professional photography or trademarked logos.
- Note: Our AI safety filters are active. Attempting to bypass these filters will result in an immediate permanent ban.

Quality Standards: We partner with premium printers to provide heavy-duty 12oz cotton canvas and plush, durable textiles.
Returns Policy: Because every item is a unique AI-generated creation, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind." However, we offer full replacements for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Publishing: By "Publishing" a design to the Artizen Gallery, you grant other users the right to purchase physical goods featuring that design.
Royalties: If a third party orders a product using your published design, you will earn a percentage of the sale as a design royalty, credited to your Artizen account.
