The Artizen Crafting Standards

Artizen products are not mass-produced; they are bespoke commissions co-created through the synergy of human intent and generative AI. Each order undergoes a dedicated, multi-stage production cycle to ensure that the intricate digital vision is captured with absolute fidelity in its final physical form.

1. The Production Journey

To maintain our gallery-grade standards, every creation follows a rigorous 10 to 20 business day fulfillment timeline. This duration is essential for the transition from a digital prompt to a tangible masterpiece:

  • The Calibration Phase (3–7 Business Days): Once your design is finalized, it enters the Artizen Lab. Our digital technicians perform high-resolution upscaling and precise color-calibration tailored to your chosen medium (textiles, ceramics, or artisan prints). This phase ensures that the AI's complex textures are perfectly translated for custom manufacturing.
  • The Inspection & Logistics Phase (7–13 Business Days): Following production, each item must pass a 3-point quality assessment—verifying artistic fidelity, material integrity, and structural durability. Once cleared, your piece is securely vaulted in specialized packaging and routed through our global logistics network for final delivery.

2. Real-Time Tracking & Transparency

The moment your custom piece passes its final quality inspection and is handed over to our premium delivery partners (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), you will receive a notification and a real-time tracking number. This allows you to follow the final leg of your product's journey from our crafting center to your hands.

II. Returns & Exchanges

1. The Bespoke Nature of Artizen

Every Artizen product is a "Batch of One," created specifically for you based on unique AI prompts and personal image inputs. Because these items cannot be resold or restocked, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for "buyer's remorse" or change of mind.

2. The "Quality First" Guarantee

While we do not offer returns for preference, we stand firmly behind the craftsmanship of our Lab. If your one-of-a-kind treasure arrives in a condition that is less than perfect, we will rectify it.

Eligible Scenarios for Claims:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Structural issues, broken components, or significant material failures.
  • Severe Misprints: Glaring errors in the transfer of the AI design to the physical medium (excluding minor color variations inherent to digital-to-physical printing).
  • Shipping Damage: Items crushed, shattered, or rendered unusable during the transit phase.
  • Incorrect Item: Receiving a product or design that does not match your order confirmation.

3. Non-Eligible Scenarios

To maintain our specialized production model, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for:

  • User Input Errors: Low-resolution image uploads, typos in custom text, or selecting the incorrect product size/type during checkout.
  • AI Artistic Interpretation: Dissatisfaction with how the AI interpreted a specific prompt or style choice (we encourage all users to use the preview tool carefully before finalizing).
  • Minor Aesthetic Variations: Subtle differences in color saturation or texture between your screen's LED output and the physical materials (yarn, ceramic, or fabric).
